When was the last time you said… I want to lose weight. For some of you that was...this morning, last week, or even 5 minutes ago. I can’t even count how many people have said that to me. In fact when I fly and the person next to me asks me what I do I say I am an accountant because there are not usually many follow-ups to that. However, if I say I’m a weight loss coach then they have a million questions that last the whole flight. Moral of the story is… a lot of people want to lose, but not a lot do. For the longest time, I remember people telling me they want to lose weight. I would say “Great!!” Then I would set them up with everything they needed. I would give them workouts, break down their diet completely so they knew exactly what to eat and what to buy at the grocery store, and I would even give them coaching tools so I could help train them mentally.
