Joining us for a conversation is Greg Johnson the CEO of Metallic Minerals one of three companies comprising the Metallic Group of Companies. In today's interview, Mr. Johson will introduce us to the La Plata Copper-Silver-Gold Project located just outside of Durango, Colorado within the historic high-grade La Plata mining district located at the southwest end of the prolific Colorado Mineral Belt. Mineralization is related to a large-scale precious-metals-rich porphyry copper system with associated high-grade silver and gold epithermal vein and replacement deposits. The district boasts bonanza grades for silver and gold. Metallic Minerals has just embarked on a 2,000 diamond drill program, the first in 50 years in the La Plata mining district.
