Four Diegos

DIEGOS FLASHBACK this week takes us to 2009 when we interviewed the enigmatic and enormously talented footballer Ljubo Milicevic live in the studio. Ljubo had just mutually agreed a parting of ways with Melbourne Victory - an acrimonious split that had courted widespread media coverage. We weren't quite sure how the interview was going to pan out once Ljubo had arrived to the studio barechested carrying a garbage bag full of candy after a day at the beach. The interview ended up being the most raw, edgy and tense in our over two decades of football radio. This is one of our favourite interviews amigos ....OLE!
