During her undergrad at UC, Britney Ruby Miller was diagnosed with epilepsy. Doctors told her it was her body’s response to severe stress and a lack of sleep. The experience taught Britney how to create boundaries that keep her healthy and allow her to spend time doing the things that are most important to her.
