Lo & Behold

Passions and tensions were high as a citizen-group of commercial fishermen, sport fishermen and environmentalist traveled around the state seeking public opinion on fishery policy. After 10+ town halls, the group -- often at odds -- drafted recommendations ultimately used by legislators in the Fisheries Reform Act of 1997. In this episode, we learn just how personal the political was to the citizens who helped craft the FRA.
