Today I met with a retirement advisor named Clyde who had many good and interesting things to say about my finances and plan for retirement. But due to some careless statements that he made during our meeting I grew suspect of his advice. So here, for the edification of all consultants and advisors, is my list of three topics to steer clear of when presenting yourself as an expert in your field.
