Hello Everyone ! I'm very happy to present this month's NWR featuring the lovely and talented Noncompliant aka DJ Shiva. Hailing from Indiana, she is one of the midwest's premier techno DJs with a career spanning across 20 years from the warehouse rave days of the 90s. She's had a slew of techno releases and remixes these last two years under her new Noncompliant alias, including on Valence and Dark Entries, and has already had milestones such as a mix and exchange for Resident Advisor, regular appearances at Panorama Bar and Berghain in Berlin, as well as a slew of international tour dates.
