Iven is a Certified Expressive Art Therapist, Counsellor and Mindfulness trainer, helping people to navigate through life transitions, experiencing grief and loss, exploring questions of meaning and identity. In addition, I am a visual artist and multi instrumentalist specializing in grief, plant medicine integration and consulting.
