We all have dark times in our journey, we all have low points that define the type of person we become. It's often during these times we realize that our identity is created by the decisions we make or don't make along the way. In this epsiode, I had conversation with my friend Brian Saund. I was captivated by Brian's story after learning about his time being incarcerated as a teenager back in the UK.
