Leadership Matters

John Jeanetta, President and CEO of Heartland Family Services in Omaha NE participated as a Cohort Member in one of the Alliance’s Transformation Projects. He will explain the project related to residential programs for youth, how it has changed the organization and how the staff responded to these changes. For John, continuous learning is key to success and growth, resulting in greater impact within the community.
