Christy mentioned that sometimes it's all about just raising your hand to be the right person for the job and not waiting for someone to tap you on the shoulder to say you can do it. A lot of times women wait for permission to step up and it needs to be the reverse of that, you need to feel confident to say you can do this, even if you don't know if you can.
