Ken is the manager of the new Compass Realty office in The Woodlands, Texas, but he's not new to Real Estate.  Ken has been involved in Real Estate for 40+ years, most of it in The Woodlands, hiring, training and managing Realtors.  Ken gives us a great perspective on the 2 things it takes to make a Realtor successful.  Ken also shares a bit about the history/growth of The Woodlands, probably the most successful master community in the USA.
