Erik Peper, a professor in the Institute for Holistic Health Studies at San Francisco State University, is an internationally known expert on workplace health, stress management and holistic health. His book, co-authored with Richard Harvey and Nancy Faass, is Tech Stress: How Technology Is Hijacking Our Lives, Strategies for Coping, and Pragmatic Ergonomics.In this episode, Stew and Erik discuss how to cope with ever-present technology in ways that reduce stress and strain.
