Many people, when they imagine Jesus, envision a mild-mannered, tranquil, wouldn’t-hurt-a-fly type of man. But, as we’ll see in this week’s passage from the gospel of John (2:13-25), there was something that led Jesus to make a whip, flip over tables, and dump money out in the courts of the temple in Jerusalem!
