In today’s podcast I want to take a moment and share my appreciation for you coming in and listening to what I've got to say. I want to keep this one relatively short and sweet and straight to the point. Let’s jump right in and get to what matters most. Today we are here talking about flipping houses in today's market and there a couple of things that I think a lot of people don't realize. One of them is that you don't need a whole lot of money to flip houses.
