From an early age John found himself almost entranced by the mystical magic of poetry and recalls reading 'Silver' by Walter de la Mare as a boy and being fascinated by the way the imagery moved his mind. Starella has used poetry in her personal meditation classes and believes that reading poetry aloud changes the atmosphere and alleviates tension.
