A beautiful segue from the last episode, where we looked at Seth Godin writing about the Lizard Brain. One of his sources comes in the form of Steven Pressfield's The War of Art. The accessibility and simplicity of this book covering what he calls The Resistance, should be read by everyone. Period. ....I'd end my description there, but there's a touch of radical honesty, a story of calamity and a reason why I hate gyms that includes hamsters.
