As we have found out with hurricane Katrina, many volunteers come in droves to help when they see the need played out on the television.  We will be discussing how to make an informed choice when considering to help.  There are many concerns that have shown up several years after volunteering and should be evaluated prior to signing up.  Make an informed decision to volunteer.
