On today’s show I am joined by the founder and host of the EOFire Podcast, the entrepreneur on fire himself, John Lee Dumas! John may be an entrepreneur now, but he has not always been one. The day he graduated from Providence College, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S Army. After a 13-month tour of duty in Iraq as an armored platoon leader and a total of eight years in the army, he set out to find a job. He first tried law school, only to drop out after one semester. Then, a couple of jobs in Boston and New York convinced John that Corporate America was not for him. So he landed in San Diego, California working in real estate. He quickly found out that driving will be a big part of his daily routine there, so he was in need of interesting content to listen to. That is when he discovered podcasts: free, targeted, on-demand content.
