We had the chance to catch up with fellow Texan and rockstar educator Hal Bowman for this episode of the podcast! Hal has taught just about everything from band to biology, but is now traveling the country working to help schools change their cultures for the better. He's been in hundreds of schools for the past few years and we had a conversation about what teachers go through and what conversations teachers are having across the country.
