Value Adds Value!

Hey Y'all! This is Kyle here... I've committed to getting my thoughts out there on a weekly basis and here is this week's episode. I have really struggle throughout myself without overestimating my abilities in the face of challenges and it has gotten me into trouble. On the flip side I also struggle to value myself and the great things that I have done as an educator and person.
