Hey Y'all!! Here is my weekly podcast. I wanted to riff off a conversation I had with Vanessa Cronin on The Empowered Teaching Podcast about why it is important for teachers to truly shine. Having been in the classroom for the better part of a decade my biggest regret is how often I played small and sold myself short. I realize now that the best way for my students to shine is to see me shine everyday no matter what the circumstances. My goal is to shine to the best of what I have each day.
