Value Adds Value!

I got a rejection email on earlier this week from a school that I thought I had done amazing in the interview with. What struck me as odd was that this rejection email was the same as the ones I got through the mail a decade ago when I first started looking for jobs. I posted it on Instagram with a few thoughts on how it doesn't define me as a teacher and person, so on this episode I talk about the response I got from the teaching community!
