One Habit You Can Learn from Stephen When Stephen sells you, you don't even realize you're being sold. One of the first things I noticed about him is how slowly he takes sales calls. He'll chat about their family, where they're from, the company, and everything else...all while keeping meticulous notes of their answers to reference and bring up later. Being a high energy person myself, I personally built the habit of not rushing through sales calls (especially first contact) because of him. My personal rule: breat
