Kristen Herrmann speaks with Exeter Township Police Sergeant Sean Fullerton about a pretty unusual occurrence (even for 422). Around 10pm this past Monday night, a small airplane made was forced to make an emergency landing on the highway in Exeter Township, Berks County (Kristen’s home town). The engine failed on the Cessna plane, and the 22 year old pilot had to think quickly, and land the plane in the closest, safest, spot he could find. That place happened to be 422 in Exeter Township.
