brad Straubinger interview with Gerald Laird and Gary Bennett together. A new spin on this here podcast as I see if a roundtable format is entertaining, and I believe out of the gate we have a winner. From the 2006 and 2011 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, the two backup backstops give their take on the grind of being a catcher, especially in the backup role. We then talk about their championship season with some fun stories from these two about their teammates and those teams. From there we move on to baseball's issues in the current state, and these guys do not hold back any punches as they are a bit annoyed with the path the sport is heading as I am it seems.
