Every person, every situation, every background, every tradition, etc. usually come with a misconception. We live in a world where we always have to pivot, explain, or even try to not be judgemental because we never know what each person is actually going through. Dr. Jen Welter is this week's Hello Beauty guest. As the first female to coach in the NFL, she definitely is no stranger to misconceptions. These misconceptions are used to box and limit people's actual capabilities and skillset.  Even after hearing that she's too small to play professional Tennis, being homeless, and getting out of an emotionally abusive relationship, none of these stopped Jen in pursuing greatness.
