Ladies Skate Only

"Every track in the mix is making its Ladies Skate Only debut. The show opens with KIT, the solo project of Katie Wighton of All Our Exes Live in Texas. The song "King Size Bed" was co-written with Jenny Owen Youngs! Kissy (Sasha Ortiz) is a former backing vocalist for Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Charles Bradley, and The Kills. She's now moving front a center with her solo project Kissy and independently releasing pure indie/pop goodness. She just dropped a fun new single called "Ever Enough" and we've got it for you! This week, Anna McClellan announced her new album "I saw first light" which is slated for a November 20th release on Father/Daughter Records. The first single "Desperate" dropped this week and it's in today's mix. Annie Dressner's new album "Coffee at the Corner Bar" was released last week and we're playing a track from it called "Midnight Bus" which was co-written and features Matthew Caws of Nada Surf.
