Amy Hasinoff is this week’s revolutionary. Amy is an assistant professor within the communications department at the University of Colorado, Denver. She works on gender, sexuality, and new media. She joins us for a radical conversation about her feminist upbringing, academic prowess and privilege, and along with her work around consensual social media and sexting. Born in Winnipeg to parents with PhDs, higher education and academia are in her blood. Through years of academic success, Amy found what she was truly passionate about: communication, cultural studies, and all things feminism.Amy shares with us some fascinating stories that led to where she is today.
