Vincent Bowe began his professional career in the health and fitness space, working for some of the most reputable gyms and health facilities in the country. Bowe expanded his expertise to include physical therapy, cardiac rehab, strength and conditioning, and TRX instruction. He quickly became a renowned personal trainer and a health & fitness coach.
