If ever you are going to lose 3-0 to WBA, then I suppose it is just about ok to do so when you have the Premier League title wrapped under your arm. Or is it? Is there such a thing as a meaningless match? Thanks to either the hilarious or stupid Fabregas red card, the Blues found themselves in a hole they were unable to dig themselves out of. Jose blamed fatigue and a lack of motivation, but shouldn’t the great motivator himself have been able to get them up and at them? Nothing wrong with the motivation of the Chelsea away massive who sung their hearts out all match and made a din that reminded me of our support in the ‘80’s and it was good to see Jose acknowledge their special contribution this season at the end of the match.
