John shares how the company is at the "forefront of budding technology" with its Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a sweeping laser to measure ranges (variable distances) to the Earth. These light pulses generate precise, 3D data on shapes and surfaces.
