As we turn towards Christmas time, we are looking at "WHY A BABY?" Why did Jesus have to come as a baby? God is God right? Couldn't God have just shown up as an adult man full of power and might? Why did he have to come as a baby? Well, today we see first that it had to do with his lineage being not from Levi. The Levites were the ones that atoned for sins. Jesus came not as a Levite but from Judah. Jesus had no interest in atoning for sins. He came to take sin away!
