Dr. Phil Brown entered private practice over 20 years ago and has also spent 12 years assisting dental companies in performing research, development and marketing of new dental products. Norman Hicks is a 31 year veteran of the dental materials industry. He has worked for five major dental manufacturers and is currently self-employed as a consultant for several others. He was directly involved with the introduction of the original fiber post to the U.S. market in the mid 1990's.
