Birthday celebrations and surprises! There are clean cut rules of student athletes, right? So an athlete can finally get money...unless he/she can't! An Athlete can transfer schools, right?  Well...yes...unless he/she can't! Louisville....death penalty right?  Level I and Level II violations?  Well...maybe....
