Frank Beltran is an Air Force veteran and a professional aircraft mechanic. He has worked several years overseas, and became interested in buying real estate in the Melbourne area after working temporarily at Patrick AFB. Impressed by a seemingly large amount of aerospace employers moving into the area, combined with relatively low housing prices, Frank decided to finally take the plunge into real estate. Despite not having any previous experience with real estate or being a landlord, he has found success so far.
