Robbie Motter’s longtime leadership role in the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) underscores her generous giving of time and talents to mentoring women of all ages, from all ethnic backgrounds and from all professional levels. She has served as NAFE’s Western Regional Coordinator for almost 28 years. And two years ago she took on the additional responsibility of managing NAFE’s Global region. As Global Director she oversees local NAFE networks and members in 50 states. NAFE is the largest business women's organization in the U.S. and is headquartered in NY.
