She is  the oldest child of six children came to California when she was 18 years old together with her sister. They attended Marywood High School to learn English and preparing themselves to attend college. Angeline was accepted at the college of Notre Dame with an academic scholarship. Angeline started her career as a food microbiologist for Hunt Wesson Foods, and worked for 3 other large companies, the last being Taco Bell Corporation where she spent18 years. There she discovered her passion as a coach and trainer for franchisees & restaurant management. Prior to retiring  she was a Food Safety Officer traveling the whole United States.
