In this episode, I sit down with Kayla Ferguson, founder of The Same Plate. The Same Plate connects communities through curated, global food events that are delivered locally.  Through group dinners and group or individual cooking experiences, The Same Plate creates inclusive spaces for people of all identities and backgrounds to eat, think, talk and connect.   In the wake of COVID -19, The Same Plate has partnered with CityCraft Foundation in an effort to support both our incredible healthcare workers and local restaurants in the Denver Metro area.    Why this campaign, you ask? Shortly after quarantine orders were put in place, numerous partner restaurants reached out, wondering how they were going to withstand months of reduced sales.
