#32 - Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Informações:

Synopsis

For Episode 32, I summarized and gave my interpretations for the most twisted christian stories that I ever came across that were told through an existentialist lens. Fyodor Dostoyevsky is one of the greatest Literary geniuses to come out of Russia, and to me has been one of the most important reads for personality building. This twisted argument for a life structured by religion makes just as much sense as it drives me away from it. I go through The Brothers Karamazov, Crime and Punishment and The Idiot as the more to less religious novels written by Dostoyevsky and understand his take on Life, idealism, forgiveness, and appreciation of existing. Book wise stamps: The Brother's Karamazov - 4:15 Crime And Punishment - 11:32 The Idiot - 18:45 Notes From The Underground - 22:25 Episodes on Philosophers/Authors mentioned: #6 - God Is Dead ( https://anchor.fm/deep-fried-neurons-podcast/episodes/6---God-Is-Dead-e3qogn ) #14 - Daddy Issues (Franz Kafka) ( https://anchor.fm/deep-fried-neurons-podcast/episodes/
