For episode 38, I cover the happenings surrounding the crash of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17, which was shot down while on it's way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. It is clear that this passenger flight was shot down for flying over conflicted territory in Eastern Ukraine, but this proves to be completely against international law. Multiple Governments have covered this story and have come up with  a lot of different conclusions, some of which suit some of their own larger Ambitions, and No court could take jurisdiction on the crime.
