Michael Cox and Stefan Partelow interview Jose Luis Vivero-Pol. Jose Luis is an engaged scholar associated with the Universities of Louvain, Cordoba, Edinburgh and the Spanish Right to Food Observatory. His research interests include food valuations (rights, commodity, public good, commons) and food systems in transition.
