In this latest episode I talk to retired Austrian Professional Ice-Hockey player Dieter Kalt about mental toughness and the importance of developing a culture of team-spirit within work and educational organisations by utilising the various coaching philosophies already employed throughout professional sports. We also discuss the modern educational system and what might be done to improve it.
