Synopsis

As an athlete Aubrey Aldy has won multiple events from 5k to marathons, sprint triathlons to full iron distance races. In 2019 Aubrey will be competing in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.  Aubrey Aldy is the head coach of All Day Endurance. Aubrey is an eight-years U.S. Army Veteran having served three years in the infantry and another five years as a combat medic. While on duty he was the non-commissioned officer in charge of unit physical training; a task that launched him on a path to greater physical challenges in the realm of the USA Triathlon where he earned his professional competitor's license. In 2010, he was the Road Runners Club of America 5K National Champion and winner of the Great Floridian Iron Distance Triathlon. In 2011 Aubrey PR'd in the marathon with a 2:35 and a 1:10 in the half marathon. In 2012 he earned a pro license and began racing professionally in 2013 as a USAT Elite Athlete through 2015. In 2016 he competed in the Race Across America as part of a four-men team
