We are really stoked to have the 2010 Ironman 70.3 World Champion and the 2013 Ironman Sweden winner Jodie Swallow on episode 9 this week and because we only chatted to one guest we managed to get into a lot more depth.We really hope you enjoyed the interview and the information that came out of it.
