This  week, as we prepare for Otakon...  A Black Butler themed  cafe, special screening of Transformers: The Movie,  and manga publishers join in on an anti-piracy campaign!  Also, Perfect Blue special  screening, Pokémon GO tourism  packages in Japan, and Digimon kicks  off their 20th anniversary! Also in Strange News from Japan, an educator  embezzles funds for mobile games, Tokyo businesses asked to open doors and  windows during the Olympics to help cool off runners, and the government's  newest plan to fight overwork!
