Mothers' Day is the time when we honor our mothers and acknowledge all they have done for us, but not everyone has had a wonderful childhood or a kind and nurturing mother. This can be a tough holiday for those who come from an abusive background and never had the love and nurturing they needed in childhood. Back with us this week is Dale Bach, a motivational speaker from California and the author of Mamma Trauma. Dale suffered through an incredible amount of abuse as a child at the hands of her mother.
