Have you ever used an expression that, if you think about it, makes no sense at all? In fact, It only makes sense because we have been told what it means.  For instance, why would you “Bark up a Tree” or “Bury a Hatchet”?  And just where is that cat going with your tongue?   These are called idioms.  And today, we will talk about a few of them, their meanings and learn their where they came from.
