With millions of travelers and tourists constantly passing through, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is one of the largest and busiest airports in the U.S. Looking to simplify and improve the customer experience, while also providing a bit entertainment, MCO worked directly with Synect to develop a strategy that provides pleasure and convenience at every major touch point throughout the North Terminal. Showing cinematic video content, flight information and more, the MCO screen network culminates in a giant 700-display video wall accompanied by a custom kiosk.
