Today, I talk about toxic masculinity, what it is and how it has had long lasting effects on my life. I share personal stories about my time playing baseball and how toxic masculinity seeped into my t-ball career and then spiked when I played on the high school team. I go into detail about the struggle I experienced as a therapist trying to confront a client of mine that was displaying signs of toxic masculinity.
